Operation Skinny Bitch – Week 18

Gain/Loss: Lost 1lb
Total Loss: 19lbs
Remaining: 34lbs

Thoughts: Another good week. Any loss is good remember. Considering I ate a two-course Sunday dinner (which included jam roly poly with custard) and a whole bottle of Rose.

Operation Skinny Bitch – Week 16/17

Gain/Loss: Lost 4lbs
Total Loss: 18lbs
Remaining: 35lbs

Thoughts: Super chuffed on two counts. The first being that the weigh machine in Boots was fixed, and the second that I lost 4lbs. That's 2lbs for each week.

I am also pleased to announce that I have gone down to my next stone so have lost a point. I weigh less than I have done in a long time.

To say over the moon is an understatement.

Better late then never!

Weigh in went well this week, have managed to lose just under 7lbs in two weeks. Quite happy with this result! Just need to stay at it, and this years Xmas party dress will be a winner! Pics if it happens!

Did happen to have the curry for dinner at work today (it was a tomato based rather than a korma) which was polished off with sweetcorn (portion 3 of my 5 a day). Will have to punish myself for the weekend because of it, but seeing as I have broken the rules today I'm going to enjoy a nice deserved coke!

Weigh Day Fail

Ok, so I was very excited about my weigh in as I had a good feeling inside.

I was almost skipping into Boots, only to find that the weigh machine wasn't working. Gutted.

Have decided to skip this week's weigh in completely and hope I so super well next week.

Husband Sabotage!

As I sit here tucking into my usual weekend breakfast of boiled eggs and toast soldiers, I realise that I have allowed my husband to DOUBLE the point value of favourite meal of the week.

Instead of the medium eggs I usually get, we now have large eggs - double the point value.
Instead of medium sliced bread, we are now eating super thick toastie sized slices - also double the point value.

HOW did I let this happen? I must vet and gain control of this farce. Do we have to have two of everything because of me and my diet? Diet versions of everything, thus doubling our food shopping bill? Or do I convince him that we must go back to the old ways?

As I sit there in the evening, rather hungry and with no points left, because my meal's points values have risen but am actually eating less. I MUST gain back this control! ...and quick!

Weight loss this week was not going to happen. The least that could of happened was maintaining. But after 3 all you can eat breakfast/dinner options keeping weight off wasn't really going to happen was it? Breakfast (a fried one at that) would be my last meal. Served with a coke!

However no emergency shreddies and one evening of almost but not quite throwing up the total stands at 1.3lbs on. I did it to myself no one else's fault but mine. I'll take what's coming to me!

Operation Skinny Bitch – Week 15 - Riisa

Gain/Loss: Stayed the same!
Total Loss: 14lbs
Remaining: 39lbs

Thoughts: Phew! Had a very lucky escape there. I must of done something right. I've been a naughty girl this week. I bet with my husband that I would put on 2lbs and he bet 3lbs. We were both shocked. Very happy with my results.
