Safety is an issue for us all. But especially those of us that like to run trails, jog in the dark, or ride the country roads. That is why I want of of my OSB sisters to know about the great products by the RoadID company.
Their product states, "If you can't speak for yourself, your road ID will."
I hope you all take the time to check out the website www.RoadID.com and order your products.

Lazy Lasagne

Well, I thought I'd share another one of my favorite recipes with ya'll. In fact, we made this tonight. SOOOO good. I used to make this dish all the time, but we weren't trying to be "healthy" back then, so I'd use real meat rather than Boca, real eggs rather than EggBeaters, and regular cottage cheese. DUH!!! Tonight I used all the suggest ingrediants and WOW ... wish I'd been doing that all along! Soooooo yummy and EASY!!

Are You Tired?

Are you getting enough sleep but still find yourself exhausted?
You may be surprised to find out why you might be yawning.

1. UTI. Sometimes fatigue is the only sign of infection.

2. Diet. Not eating enough.

3. Unknown Food Allergy. Exhaustion is a sign of a food allergy.

4. Caffeine Overload. Caffeine works to perk you up when you are tired but sometimes it can backfire and cause more fatigue.

5. Undetected  Thyroid Problem. Tiredness is a symptom of an underactive thyroid. Doctors agree that women should have their thyroid levels tested every few years.
