I don't weigh in until sunday but I have been running and keeping my calories low..
I lost another 2.4lbs, for a total of 11.4lbs!!!
I'm down another pound and back on the eating healthy bandwagon after my bridal shower & bachelorette party over the weekend!

Has anyone else tried Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred? I'm on Day 10, and already I'm seeing hints of some flab firming up. I haven't lost any weight (hoping there's some fat to muscle conversion going on there), but I feel less jiggly. Haven't tried her eating plan, but I've been keeping my calories lower.
Sadly, this is the longest I've stuck with an exercise plan. But I think I might make it all 30 Days and then hopefully it will be a habit.
I'm pretty much the same...within .4 or so. I forgot to weigh first thing this morning and ended up weighing with wet hair (trust me it makes a difference!)
I'm sure though that the fact I didn't lose any weight has nothing to do with the cookie dough I've been eating all week.
Today was a huge milestone for me - I dropped down into another 10 lb range (like I went from a number that ended in a zero to a number that ends in a 9)!! That makes me 4lbs away from my original goal weight!!! I might try and go lower after I get to that point, but right now, I'm super happy!!!
Sarah - I'm doing Jillian's 30 day shred and LOVE it! I have done 30 days straight cause some days I like to run and I always take off one day a week, but I've worked my way up to level 3 and let me tell you - It's worth it! I have actually started developing abs and I've never had abs before :) So good luck!

i weighed myself on the gym scales today just to make sure it was really true. and yes. 6 lbs gone. i did a little happy dance right there in the locker room and i don't care who saw me!
