A big thanks to everyone the emailed me about becoming a contributor to the OSB! It's hard to choose, but there are 3 I am really considering bringing on board! I am really excited about some new stuff we will have coming in!

i am down about 1 lb! i have been doing sparkpeople.com to keep up with my calories and i LOVE it! i act more responsibly when i write it all down. eeek!

Down .5 and extremely worried about the upcoming weeks - final exams usually equate to terrible eating and lack of exercise. Not to mention May is a month filled with birthdays, graduation, end-of-year parties, bridal showers, and the like!
I've been out of sorts lately, but I have not gained back the 6 lbs I've lost. Woo hoo! 28 lbs to go
Have had a sinus infection all week!! But as soon as it's gone, I'm back in the gym.
Well, I've been off the wagon for at least a month and as expected, I'm up 4 lbs. So that's a total of 11 lost with WW and 17 lost total.
Off to update the blog.
this is my first week of roll call and I haven't weight myself because i just started (Weight Watchers) on monday! but i will DEFINITELY be back next wednesday with the total lbs lost, yay!
Down 1.2 today. Woot! And.... I signed up for online dating. Even more incentive to keep on losing. :)
I can't believe it's already Wednesday. I had a bad week. I had no motivation. It was a poor me week. So this week I am going to do better...PROMISE!

I'm about the same. I've been a little haphazard with my workouts this week, so I'm going to work extra hard this next one! I want a bikini for my 25th birthday darnit! So I have till August. :)

Hey there! I just signed on to follow this blog, and just made a commitment this weekend to myself to lose some weight. Any tips? advice? Anything good besides the whole "eat right and exercise"? =)
